Less to remember.
A two-minute weekly check-in, plus a quick note on any day something changes. No pressure to log every day.
For women living with psoriasis and other autoimmune conditions
Months between appointments is a long time to remember. Stateras keeps the story of your skin, your joints and your everyday life, so you and your doctor can see what has really been happening.

SleepMovementMoodIn your words01 / How it works
The days between appointments matter.
A stiff morning. A sore heel. A patch on your scalp. A week that felt heavier than usual.
These moments are easy to brush off and hard to recall when you are finally in the consulting room. Stateras helps you keep them in one place, quickly and calmly, so your next appointment starts from the full picture, not from memory.
A two-minute weekly check-in, plus a quick note on any day something changes. No pressure to log every day.
Tap where it is on your body map. Note when it happens and what it feels like: skin, joint, tendon or muscle. The details doctors ask about, captured as they happen.
Turn the weeks between visits into a clear one-page summary you can print or save, and choose exactly what goes on it.
02 / Why women
Your context belongs in the conversation.
Most people living with autoimmune conditions are women, yet women have long been under-represented in the research behind their care. Pain is too often put down to periods, pregnancy or stress, and the details get lost.
In your words
Symptoms, where they show up and how they feel, recorded in moments rather than long forms.
Around you
Your cycle, pregnancy, menopause and treatment changes, kept alongside your symptoms, so your doctor sees the whole context. Always optional, always yours.
Coming soon: connect a wearable such as Apple Health, Garmin or Oura, and your sleep and activity are added quietly in the background. Less to log, nothing extra to do. Always your choice.
Coming soon: ask questions about your condition in plain language, with an AI companion that draws on information reviewed by clinicians. It is for learning, not diagnosis, because understanding your condition gives you more say in your care.
03 / Our story
Personal experience. A shared purpose.
Zahra TayobFounder · Biomedical engineer
People living with autoimmune conditions may see their clinicians only every few months, and rarely on the day a flare is at its worst.
Living with autoimmune conditions and seeing others navigate them, I saw how often people arrived at appointments with fragmented information and the pressure to remember everything that had happened since their last visit.
I founded Stateras Health to help people bring those experiences together and prepare for clinical visits. A clearer picture can make appointments better for patients and help clinicians understand what is happening so they can provide more informed support.
Our starting point is simple: make it easier to capture what happens between visits, so patients and clinicians can make more of the time they have together.
04 / Where we’re going
Our first focus is women living with psoriasis, including the stiff, sore joints, heels and back that can come with it and are so easy to dismiss. Stateras is being shaped with input from practising clinicians, and designed to be calm: no raw numbers, no alarming warnings, just your story kept clearly.
Our longer-term ambition
First, make your history easy to keep and easy to share. Next, gently point out when things look different from your usual, so you know when it may be worth speaking to your doctor sooner. Then, welcome more conditions.
That future depends on research and validation. Stateras is being developed to support understanding and clinician conversations, not to diagnose conditions or replace medical care.
